Shipping & Order Processing:

we work to pack and ship your orders as soon as possible. durring our busy seasons such as halloween and christmas this may take a little longer, although in the majority of cases we pack your order the day its placed and it’s shipped out the following day. Uk postage can take beween 3 - 5 working days after dispatch, international shipping can take between 2-4 weeks after dispatch.

Made to Order?

we offer a selection of made to order miniatures that require time to complete for each order placed, the making times for theese items will be stated on the listings so you get an idea of how long it would take to get your order shipped out, as with everything handmade each item will be slightly diffrent and may take longer to make, we do our best to keep you up to date on how your orders going!

Can i order a custom item?

Yes! Victoria takes commission work in between shows, if you would like to order a custom item please contact us via the commission enquiries page and we will get back to you about availability and pricing. (please note that a non-refundable deposit is taken to secure your custom miniature, this is usualy 10% of the total amount, its then deducted from the final amount via invoice)

do light up miniatures come with batteries included?

batteries will be included in items sent within the uk, international orders will have the batteries removed to comply with custom restrictions, there will always be information about what batteries items take, for example the majority of items will require CR2032 coin batteries.

can i add to my order?

theres something wrong with my order, what can i do?

if your not happy with your miniatures for whatever reason please contact us and we will arrange either a refund or exchange. please note that items being requested for a refund or exchange will need to be returned before a refund or replacement is sent. tracked postage is required to ensure your return arrives with us, we do not cover return postage costs for uk or international returns.

Damaged or lost item durring shipping?

we will do our best to pack all your orders safely and we help as best we can if an item is damaged or lost in transport but unfortunately due to the risks of international shipping we cannot be held responsible for losses or damages sustained to items durring transport or any damage sustained within customs departments, we always try to cover the value of you orders through postage providers up to the maximum amounts they allow (in many cases royal mail cover up to £250 for international parcels) please contact us in the event of damage or loss.

Customs Fees & Taxes

Please note that V.H MINIature is not responsible for any customs fees, duties, or additional charges that may be imposed by your local government upon the import of your order. Customs authorities may hold your parcel, and based on its value, they may apply fees or duties that are payable by you as the recipient. We recommend checking with your country's customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.
